System Role: Venue
The venue system role has the dual primary purposes of gathering information from our contact at a wedding venue and offering an alternative to email for document sharing.
The venue system role is not password-protected; anyone with the link can access venue information and update it. Anyone with the link may add documents. Documents may be added though not modified or deleted. Modifications and deletions must be handled by the admin system role.
May handle more light work
There is some information related to specific events that may be provided by the venue, get called, be collected by a wedding planner who is in touch with the venue, or even the customer themselves. This information is uploadable by anyone with a link by using the couple system role.
System Role: Admin
The admin system role is the role with most privileged access. The entire business can be seen from here. Integrations with Google Calendar, Gmail, and more can be leveraged to allow for sending emails and managing the events calendar.
Access is restricted to only those who have company emails.
